I’m Lee, and I started Tombay Constructions in 1999. Twenty-five years later, we’ve completed 70+ projects across Mornington Peninsula and Bayside Melbourne, all built on one simple principle: do exactly what we said we’d do, when we said we’d do it, for the price we agreed on.
Our Mission
We build custom homes, townhouse developments, knockdown rebuilds, dual occupancies, and major renovations for families who refuse to settle for cookie-cutter solutions. Our mission is to deliver investment-grade construction with complete budget certainty, so you can focus on the excitement of creating your ideal home instead of worrying about surprise variations.

Our small team of experienced professionals includes carpenters who are on staff not subcontractors. We use fixed priced contracts that eliminate the variation game plaguing the industry. We’re Master Builders Victoria members since 1999, fully licensed with the Building and Plumbing Commission, and we’ve navigated Peninsula council requirements long enough to know which applications get approved first time and which designs waste months in revisions.
